1 large Spanish onion
1 medium-sized head of celery

A nice garbanzo bean dip.
Garbanzo Bean Dip

1 c garbanzo flour
1 1/2 c water
1 c tofu
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c water
1 tb honey
3/4 ts sea salt (optional)
1/4 ts garlic powder (or more)
Mix the garbanzo flour and water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmering
