Have you ever had a no bake cookie? Me either, but this is a really easy recipe you can try with peanuts and corn flakes.

I can think of better things to put on top of this cookie, like a large chocolate chip! Yum! You can put whatever you like or nothing at all on these easy to make button cookies.

Can a delicious cookie that contains butter actually be low fat? I’m not sure, but these cookies taste good, so I don’t care.
Low Fat Almond Cookies
2 each egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour, all-purpose
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla
