Cinnamon Honey Ale
3 1/2 lb Laaglander Amber dry malt
1 1/2 oz Cascade hops (boiling)

If you like Kahlua and cream, you’ll really like this Mocha Frost drink with coffee ice cream. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Mocha Frost
3/4 cup whipping cream, chilled
1/4 cup creme de cocoa
1/4 cup Kahlua

Here’s a real hot buttered rum recipe to keep you warm on those cold nights.
Colonial Hot Buttered Rum
2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 pn salt
3 each cinnamon sticks
6 each whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cup rum
1 heavy cream; whipped
1 nutmeg
