Delicious soft taco recipe you just have to try. It’s pretty easy to make. Just ask your butcher to cut the pork for you. I love this kind of food.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
This is an interesting garlic soup recipe using garlic to flavor, but straining it out before eating. Sounds good, I’ll have to try it. This recipe is very easy to make, especially if you buy the garlic cloves in the container already peeled.

You’ll notice there’s no cheese in this recipe, so it’s low in fat. You can of course add a little on top to keep it semi-low in fat, but add a little extra flavor.
