This couscous recipe is perfect for those who like cinnamon, cloves and orange juice. The raisins add a nice touch too.

My mom use to put carrots and peas in our potato salad when I was young, with other ingredients, but it’s cool to see she wasn’t the only one who thought of it. Personally I would leave out the green pepper from this otherwise delicious potato salad recipe.

Greek Potatoes
6 md potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 each garlic cloves, pressed
3 cup hot water
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
