Greek Potatoes

Looking for something different to do with those potatoes? Try this easy Greek potato recipe.
Greek Potatoes
6 md potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 each garlic cloves, pressed
3 cup hot water
