This meatloaf was soooo good! I couldn't find the ground veal, but I did use the ground pork and beef. It's really easy to make. I highly recommend it.

I made this recipe last week, before my cholesterol test, so I wouldn't show up too high. :) It was good. My husband even liked it. I made it as the main course, which he probably wasn't thrilled about, but he ate it. I served it with rice and beans, so he got his protein.
It does take some time to prepare, so start boiling the carrots right away before you worry about everything else, if you decide to try it.

I tried this balsamic dressing recipe the other night and it was tasty and easy to make. My husband even liked it, shock. It's probably twice as much as we need, so you might want to make half unless you're feeding 6-8 people. I had to use regular mustard because I threw out the Grey Poupon when I bought my new fridge and dumped all the old condiments, but it still tasted good.

I made this fried rice recipe a while back and it was good. My husband and I liked it. I used a pre-cooked chicken from the store and cooked the rice the night before. I left out the shrimp because I didn't feel like dealing with peeling and deveining during the week and I left out the oysters, because I don't like them.
