It’s really not hard to make your own bagels. Here’s a recipe you can make poppy seed, sesame seed or onion bagels with.
Home Made Bagels
1 1/2 ts Yeast
2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Water
1 tb Barley malt syrup
Toppings:
2 tb Poppy seeds, sesame seeds, kosher salt, minced onion
